• Since July 2024 I have been working as a student analyst at the IT Service Center. Daily tasks include handling incoming customer communications via both phone and email to deliver solutions and route issues. In this role I have also worked on projects to improve the University of Colorado Boulder’s Network Troubleshooting Form and will be working as an advisor on improvements to the network as a whole.

  • From May 2022 to February 2024 I worked at the Geek Squad. Here, I learned customer service fundamentals as a Consultation Agent for the first eight months before being promoted to a repair agent. Here I learned troubleshooting and triage techniques to assist customers with a wide variety of issues.

  • From 2015-2019 I volunteered at a variety of local zero-waste events, assisting with setup, cleanup, and breakdown of these events. Here I would educate attendees on how to dispose of waste properly. In my last 2 years of volunteering I was a lead volunteer, meaning I was responsible for coordinating shifts and positions during the events as well as assisting with the training of new voluneers.
